· To develop new and innovative products in accordance with the expectations of our customers and put them into the market,

· To closely follow up and implement technological developments within the scope of Continuous Improvement,

· To carry out the necessary activities to widen the awareness of Food and Quality Safety throughout the company as a culture, to be aware of the risks, to comply with the procedures and instructions by continuously improving the processes with a risk-based approach, to reduce the risks by taking corrective and preventive actions and to ensure business continuity,

· To be environmentally-friendly during all processes, to create and develop environmental awareness in all employees,

· To protect the health and safety of our employees or their representatives with their participation by preventing and reducing the effects of the COVID 19 Pandemic, Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases,
